GOALIES - FREE (but must register)
Total amount due at registration

No refunds after July 12. Prior to that time, there will be a $35 fee on all cancellations.
PAYMENT DEADLINES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED
USA HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP
All players are required to register online for a USA Hockey membership by going to usahockeyregistration.com. A registration confirmation is required by all players as proof of their USA Hockey insurance.
