REGISTRATION
All players are required to register online for a USA Hockey membership by going to usahockeyregistration.com. A registration confirmation is required by all players as proof of their USA Hockey insurance.
TEAM REGISTRATION
Fees include referee costs & player insurance

PLAYERS - $380
GOALIES - FREE (but must register)
Total amount due at registration. Payment plans are available!

No refunds after Sept. 15. Prior to that time, there will be a $35 fee on all cancellations.
